Wendy Longworth has a PTLLS qualification in teaching, and has enjoyed lecturing both nationally and internationally, to groups of medical doctors and physiotherapists. Wendy has, in the past, been a guest speaker at conferences including AACP, BMAS, and WCPT.

Some years ago, Wendy Longworth won the Chartered Society’s Robert Williams International Award for her detailed work on treating lumbar prolapsed intervertebral discs (causing low back pain and sciatica) with acupuncture.

Following a course and clinical observation with Dr Jacqueline Filshie at The Royal Marsden Hospital, Wendy Longworth wrote on the subject of acupuncture in palliative care.
